Nice apartment with a balcony, close to the beach, quiet neighborhood. Not expensive. The owners and staff were very nice, on disposal for everything we needed, kitchen facilities available. the rooms have equipped with flat screen tv and free wifi. It is 15 minutes away from the beach and city center ( 3-4 km out of center but only 3 euros for a taxi, 0.5 - for a bus), Near the apartment there are a lot of local restaurants, bars, cafes, bistros, supermarkets. It is the ideal choice for a family or a couple willing to rest on the beach and taste Bulgarian cuisine, which is absolutely delicious. Great value for the price, recommend it.

One of the rooms was quite big, possiblity to make food. Small fridge (without a freezer!). We were pleased, that a person comes to clean and change bed sheets 2 times a week. There was a balcony, a washing machine, so we could wash our clothes and get them dry in the balcony. Not so far from the sea. We had a car, so it was around 5 min to the nearest Asparuhovo beach, which is not very clean... We always found place for parking a car near the house, but we had no access to the interior yard. Quite affordable and good!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff!!!! This is clean affordable place which is near some restaurants/bar s in the evening and close to all the sights. not far from the beach, about 15 min walk. The rooms are nice and clean, the house is comfortable and have big balcony. You can use kitchen and have dinner or a drink at the terrace with a sea view!!! They even offer very affordable taxi service to the clients- what is really great option if you arrive by plane. We highly recommend this place and will not hesitate to book Asparuhov Guest Rooms again !!!

Am stat acolo zece zile, apartamentul corespunde întru totul cu pozele și descrierea din ofertă, stăpânul gazdei este foarte receptiv la dorințele clientului (de ex am cerut adăugător niște tacâmuri și au fost aduse imediat). WiFi cu viteză foarte mare. Plaja este destul de aproape, apa din mare curată

The location is brilliant, a stones throw from the train station and other transport links. Close enough to the city centre to be able to get out and enjoy yourself but far enough away that you do not get disturbed by noise. Given the price that was quoted I was expecting cheap and cheerful with a few downfalls, but got the complete opposite. Superb value for money!

The room was exactly as advertised (clean, comfy bed, complete control over our temperature, free internet, cable tv .. etc). Good location. Good value for your buck. Free parking space in-front of the building!
